To be honest, I used to not really bother doing it. Especially in the earlier years of my business. I didn't have "goals" that I wrote down and really thought about. I just let it flow and took the opportunities that felt good.

But as the years have gone on, the family has grown and the business has grown to include a substantial team, I recognised that I needed to have a solid plan.

As we wrap up the year that was 2021, I take a look at some predictions for the podcasting space in 2022.

There has been a huge amount of growth in the podcasting space in 2022, and in fact more broadly since 2018/19. It's been a very interesting time to be developing in this space, and developing a business that is in such a growth heavy industry.
